THE CONSIDERATION BEING PAID HEREUNDER DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY CONSIDERATION FOR MENTOR BNB TO ASSUME ANY RISKS BEYOND THOSE EXPRESSLY ASSUMED HEREIN AND IF ANY SUCH RISKS WERE TO BE ASSUMED BY MENTOR BNB, MENTOR BNB WOULD NOT HAVE ENTERED INTO THIS AGREEMENT WITHOUT CHARGING SUBSTANTIAL FEES.

 

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

 

13. Cancellation Policy and Refunds

By your use and access to this Website and the Content, you agree that any consideration received by Mentor BNB, Inc. by you in consideration of your access to this Website and the Content is that you have a 30 day conditional money back guarantee. 

 

The eligibility requirements to be entitled to a refund are as follows: 

 

i.) You must complete 100% of the videos in the BNB PHD program which can be monitored through the Kartra system to see clients progress 

 

ii.) You must reach out to 50 landlords within the 30 day time frame from the time of purchase. To further elaborate this means you must various forms of communication to contact landlords and you must meet with these landlords and have pitched them on rental arbitrage (Master Leasing) or Co-Hosting or any other form of STR service. We require you to document the names, numbers, emails and addresses of the landlords for our team to verify. 

 

If you have completed these two steps and are unsuccessful at acquiring a deal and would like a refund, our team will verify that 100% of the videos have been watched and completed and require the lead contact form for the landlords you have reached out to, met with and pitched. Our team will then follow up with random chosen landlords to verify you did in fact reach out, meet and pitch them in person. 

 

The content is entirely irrevocable, non-creditable for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, in respect of your early cessation of any use of the Website or the Content, or in respect of any claims made by you that the Website or the Content are not fit for any particular purpose, whatsoever, including in respect of financial advice, legal advice, immigration advice or accounting advice.

 

If you choose to pay for the BNB PHD course in monthly instalments, you will pay the first instalment at the time of purchase, and the second instalment on the 30th day from date of purchase and so on depending on the number of payments required. 

 

If you choose the  multiple payment option, you are 100% responsible for all payments.

 

All multi payment plans will be due 30 days after your last payment until paid in full. Should you fail to pay or are late paying your other payments we reserve the right to revoke access to the BNB PHD program temporarily until the second payment is paid.

 

All refunds are discretionary as determined by us. 

 

iii.) If you access the BNB PHD MINI program for FREE there is NO REFUND as there is no payment required.

You agree to indemnify and hold Mentor BNB and its officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors, assigns, employees, and agents harmless against all claims or liability asserted against Mentor BNB arising out of or in connection with any breach by you or anyone acting on your behalf of any of these Terms of Use.

 

15. GENERAL

Mentor BNB is headquartered in Alberta, Canada and the Website is controlled, operated and administered by Mentor BNB from Alberta, Canada. The Website can be accessed from all areas of Canada, United States, as well as from other countries around the world. As each of these jurisdictions has laws that may differ from those of Canada and the United States, by accessing the Website, you acknowledge and agree that all matters relating to these Terms of Use and access to, or use of, the Website (including any of the materials or information contained therein), and the resolution of any dispute arising between the parties shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Alberta and those of Canada applicable therein (without reference to conflicts of laws principles). You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Mentor BNB which in any way concerns these Terms of Use or the use of the Website or any materials or information contained therein shall be brought exclusively in the courts in the Province of Alberta, in the city of Calgary. Except where prohibited by applicable law, you agree to waive any right you may have to commence or participate in any class action against Mentor BNB relating to any such dispute and you also agree to opt out of any class proceedings against Mentor BNB. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction to obtain injunctive or other emergency or similar relief.

 

Mentor BNB makes no representation that access to the Website or that the information contained therein is appropriate or legal in all jurisdictions. You may not access the Website or use any information in those jurisdictions where it would be illegal. In any case, your access to the Website is entirely at your own initiative and you are responsible for ensuring that all laws are complied with.
